Kyler, Kohler Ostermiller & Sorensen, LLP (KKOS Lawyers) handles business planning, estate planning, tax planning, and self-directed retirement planning. We assist clients nationwide with offices in Arizona, Utah, and Idaho. We pride ourselves on helping "Main Street" businesses. KKOS Lawyers has increased our client base by more than 20% in the last year. We are anxious for a new team member who is ready to start consulting following training.

• Your Responsibilities :

As an Associate Attorney, you will be consulting on the following :

• LLC, S-Corp and other entity set-ups
• Estate Planning
• Tax Planning
• Self-Directed Retirement Planning
• Small and medium business counseling / advising
• Working with clients from all over North America
• Skills & Abilities :

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney for our Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate must have :

• at least 1 year experience with business, tax, and estate planning
• customer service focus and ability to interact with clients daily
• strong communication skills as Attorneys consult and advise clients and paralegals handle the routine document drafting and filing (e.g. entities, estate plans).
• willingness to keep up with frequent changes in existing laws and desire to learn new areas of law
• aptitude for cooperation and collaboration with staff and colleagues in various departments
• ability to follow through and utilize effective time management skills
• Preferred experience :
• Advising small and mid-sized businesses on business structures and entity set-up, tax considerations and minimization strategies, transactions, and business and estate planning.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
