A law firm seeks a Bilingual Associate Attorney in Tempe, AZ. The role involves working on various immigration applications and supervising non-attorney team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for assisting immigrants in legalizing their status and at least three years of experience in family and humanitarian immigration law.
Duties
- Identify potential immigration relief options for clients.
- Develop strategies to advocate for clients and address complex immigration issues.
- Provide leadership and training to non-attorney team members.
- Audit and review work produced by non-attorney team members.
- Ensure ethical obligations are met by non-attorney team members.
- Respond to legal inquiries from legal support teams.
- Review and edit USCIS applications and supporting documents.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration law and regulations.
