Job Details Date Posted: 2026-07-12 Location: Richardson, TX, US-TX-RICHARDSON-C07 Role Type: Hybrid Citizenship Requirement: U.S. citizen (U.S. person) required Salary Range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD Responsibilities Provide guidance to the GR/IR team on research and document clearance. Review and approve GR/IR accounting activities and reconciliations, and complete the monthly GR/IR reconciliation. Create, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Desktop Procedures (DTPs). Prepare analysis for GR/IR reconciliations and follow up with business as necessary. Navigate multiple SAP and legacy ERP instances to view documents and balances, run reports, analyze POs, invoices, receipts, and service acknowledgements. Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and macros. Support month-end processes, compliance and audit requests, and other accounts payable analyses. Generate audit responses for external and internal auditors, SOX, tax, and ad-hoc requests. Benchmark with Global Hubs and collaborate to improve processes. Challenge the status quo through continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and procedures. Escalate issues and recommend solutions. Operate independently within a varied scope, with limited supervision. Complete special projects as assigned. Qualifications – Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience with large ERP systems such as SAP. Minimum 2 years’ experience with MS Office, including Excel data analysis, pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUPs. Qualifications – Preferred Experience in large-volume reconciliation environments. Prior audit environment experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Shared Services and Accounts Payable. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support business partners. Benefits Competitive compensation and salary range.
