Job description
To support technology implementation projects, the full-time remote Technology Scheduler will develop and maintain integrated project schedules, coordinate activities among stakeholders, and monitor project milestones and dependencies. Key responsibilities Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Coordinate scheduling activities across project managers, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project deliverables Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, recommending mitigation strategies as necessary Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or project coordination for technology projects Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Experience with cloud-based software implementations or digital transformation initiatives Understanding of project scheduling principles and critical path methodology (CPM)
