Job description
Front Desk Wellness SpecialistCladdagh Chiropractic Wellness Center in Ferndale is hiring a dependable energetic and organized Front Desk Wellness Specialist.

This is more than a receptionist position. You will create an exceptional patient experience keep the office running smoothly and support patients as they work toward their health goals. We are looking for someone who takes ownership communicates confidently follows through and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What Success Looks Like

You will be successful when:

  • Patients feel welcomed supported and cared for.

  • The schedule is accurate organized and productive.

  • Calls texts questions and follow-ups are handled promptly.

  • Patients understand their next steps and remain consistent with care.

  • Payments billing and patient information are handled accurately.

  • Doctors and team members receive dependable support.

  • You notice problems take initiative and help create solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check patients in and out.

  • Answer calls texts and patient questions professionally.

  • Schedule appointments and help patients stay consistent with care.

  • Collect payments enter charges and explain office payment options.

  • Review paperwork and maintain accurate patient information.

  • Communicate clearly with patients doctors and team members.

  • Follow established systems scripts and office procedures.

  • Assist with patient follow-up reactivation referrals workshops and wellness promotions.

  • Maintain a clean organized and welcoming front office.

  • Support the team wherever needed.

Position Details

  • Full-time in-person position in Ferndale Michigan. (Part-time may be considered for an exceptional candidate)

  • Some evening or weekend availability may be required

  • Compensation is based on experience qualifications and availability

About Us Unlike conventional medicine which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs Claddagh Chiropractic Wellness Center emphasizes improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place. Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness if they could. This is one of the main reasons for the big surge in the popularity of our wellness center.

For some Claddagh Chiropractic Wellness Center will take them back to a place that is cozy and familiar offering a rediscovery of health and wellness that had been previously known but long lost. For others the journey may offer a renewal of health never before experienced.
