Overview This position is for a Quality Analyst within the Undersea Warfare market segment (USW), supporting the MK48 Production Programs. This position will require on-site support for the Syracuse facility. Responsibilities Consolidate and analyze defect data to support Material Review Board (MRB) and Corrective Action Board(s) (CAB). Overall responsibility for implementation and execution of the quality requirements on your assigned program(s). Partner with Program Management and Integrated Program Team (IPT) to provide proactive issue identification, causal analysis, mitigation, and preventive action. Identify risks and proactively work with the program team to document risks and help develop and ensure mitigation plans are in place. Establish and maintain quality metrics that are utilized by the program team to monitor performance. Maintain and facilitate the Corrective Action Board (CAB) and Material Review Board (MRB). Drive root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions. US Citizenship is required. Basic Qualifications Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) experience Prior Data Analytics experience Prior manufacturing/production interfacing experience Prior experience in a quality role Ability to obtain a security clearance Desired Skills Previous program quality experience Experience generating, submitting, and reviewing CDRLs Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt Procedural/process auditing experience Tableau experience Solumina experience Experience with ISO9001/AS9100 Excellent verbal and written communication Stakeholder presentation experience Experience with problem solving Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance level: Secret. Compensation & Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $60,600‑$120,750, depending on location. The position is incentive plan eligible.
