This role is ideal for an attorney ready to take the next step, handling sophisticated matters, mentoring junior attorneys, and developing client relationships. Responsibilities: Represent public agency and private sector clients in labor and employment litigation and counseling matters Manage matters through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and appeals Advise clients on personnel and employment-related issues Lead significant portions of litigation matters and collaborate with junior team members Help mentor and develop attorneys within the practice group Participate in practice and client development efforts Requirements: 5–12 years of litigation experience; labor & employment experience preferred Trial experience is a plus Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage complex matters and bring projects to completion Interest in mentoring and developing junior attorneys Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building client relationships J.D. from an accredited law school Active California bar license in good standing Interested in hearing more?
