Business Office Manager

About the Role:
As a Business Office Manager, you will oversee the business operations of our facility, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical and administrative functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, and accounts payable
Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance and training to improve overall performance
Analyze financial reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
Develop and maintain relationships with payers, insurance companies, and other external partners
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on business office management or a related field
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and implement solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, patients, and external partners
