JOB PURPOSE:
Provide instructional leadership for simulation-based learning in the College of Medicine for Years 1-4. The incumbent supports curriculum objectives by engaging and working with course/clerkship coordinators and medical students in simulation activities to teach and evaluate their clinical skills within and across the four-year program to ensure students meet established performance benchmarks in conjunction with the course/clerkship/rotation.
SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY:
Direct and supervise the standardized patient clinical skills education program.
