Job description
Seeking a motivated Iowa Licensed Condition Management CNA, the full-time role will manage inbound and outbound participant communications, assisting with inquiries and documenting interactions in an onsite environment in Dubuque, IA, while also welcoming remote applicants. Key responsibilities: Answer participant inquiries through phone, email, and online messaging Assist participants enrolled in the Condition Management Program Accurately document all participant communications Required qualifications: Iowa Licensed Condition Management CNA certification Experience in a medical setting or customer service role Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with a focus on participant satisfaction
