A privately owned, rapidly growing commercial mechanical contractor based in Nashville, TN is looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join their team. This is a company on the rise busy, collaborative, and looking for someone who can own projects from start to finish without needing a lot of hand-holding.

What You'll Do
As Commercial Project Manager, you'll own your projects end to end managing everything from budgets and schedules to client relationships and subcontractor coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Work environment: This role is based out of the Nashville corporate office, with roughly 7080% of time in the office handling PM responsibilities and 2030% in the field, traveling to active job sites to attend meetings, check progress, and coordinate with field teams and clients. Projects are generally within about a two-hour radius of Nashville (including Cookeville, Dickson, and surrounding areas). No overnight travel required.
