Senior Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the AI user experience, working across a range of components in the stack, including Frontend, Serving, Integrations, and more. Your primary focus will be managing a team of Technical Program Manager (T/PgMs) in the Workspace Intelligence and Workspace Search teams to build an AI agent driven ecosystems to empower internal 1P and 2Ps to implement faster and higher quality AI results, partnering closely with teams across Workspace (WS) Engineering, Program Manager (PM), and UX to drive improvements across all Workspace apps. You will collaborate with teams across Google, including DeepMind and Gemini.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a reliable and visible cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management, whereby improvements are measurable and the impact can be felt organization wide.
- Drive measurable program performance gains correlated to execution velocity.
- Establish governance over prioritization decisions to ensure alignment with key performance indicators.
- Lead strategic planning framework for a complex program portfolio including direct influence over resourcing decisions, planning cadence, and planning stakeholders.
- Drive mission-critical success for GenAI programs and ensure the execution of a rich portfolio including AI, 1p/2p/3p programs, and infrastructure projects.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $240000 - $334000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits.
