Job Duties
You will demonstrate expert proficiency in utilizing hierarchical databases to design and manage data structures representing materiel capabilities.
You will have hands-on experience in component/subcomponent design, structural data configuration, and processing Allowance Change Requests (ACRs) through their lifecycle.
You will have comprehensive knowledge of DoD/Navy acquisition directives, regulations, and methodologies.
You will plan work to be accomplished, set priorities, assign work to subordinates, advise and counsel employees, identify training needs, and set and develop performance standards.
You will have experience leading, supervising, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of program analysts and contractors.
You will have proven ability to defend, justify, and negotiate complex or controversial positions.
You will have skill in drafting technical briefs and presenting to senior leadership, flag officers, and OPNAV resource sponsors to align divergent stakeholder objectives.
