Job description
To support the development of innovative AI solutions, the full-time salaried Agentic AI Software Engineer will design, build, and ship agentic AI features in a cross-functional agile environment, focusing on safe action execution and deterministic rules. Key responsibilities Design and implement agentic AI features, ensuring safe and explainable agent behavior Manage the LLM layer, including prompt architecture and statistical detection logic to derive business impact from workforce data Collaborate with QA on evaluation suites and mentor junior engineers while operating independently to set priorities and goals Required qualifications 6+ years of professional software development experience, particularly with LLM-backed features Deep expertise in C#/.NET, SQL Server, and API design in critical systems Experience integrating LLM APIs into enterprise applications and working with statistical techniques on time-series data Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and production-level LLM APIs Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently as a technical lead
