Field Service Engineer - Theatrical Lighting & Control Systems

Location : NEW YORK STATE (Travel Required)

Do you love that moment when the house lights fade and your work takes the stage? We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to commission and support ETC theatrical lighting and control systems across performance venues, schools, and architectural spaces throughout New York State .

What You'll Be Doing

• Commission, test, and troubleshoot ETC lighting and control systems at customer sites
• Verify wiring, networking, and configuration for theatrical and architectural applications
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project managers during installation and startup
• Provide onsite training and technical support for end users and facility staff
• Maintain detailed documentation and service reports for every project
• Travel throughout New York State to support multiple venues and projects
