Wills, Trusts & Estate Attorney

Feldman Kramer & Monaco, is looking for a Wills Trusts & Estate attorney to join our progressive, innovative, and growing Elder Law Department.

Unlike many law firms our dynamic law firm with multiple locations offers our attorneys flexible hours, no billing requirement, a small case load, a good salary and great benefits including bonus opportunity.

If you have 3 or more year's wills & estate experience a re a highly motivated self-starter, possess strong writing skills and like extensive client contact , we might be the right fit for you.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Advise clients concerning Elder Law, Trusts, & Estate matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, such as wills, trusts, and advanced directives.
• Virtually / In-person conduct estate planning consultations.
