About the Role :

At Simply Home, we don’t just renovate houses—we build trust, relationships, and beautiful living spaces. As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the scope, schedule, budget, and client relationship of residential construction projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our Construction Manager, vendors, and inspectors to ensure every detail meets expectations while fostering positive and productive partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and scopes of work to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, designers, engineers, and internal teams.
• Oversee project timelines through two-week look-ahead schedules and weekly progress reviews.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with all building and safety codes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of budgets, scope changes, and financials.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships — ensuring satisfaction throughout the process.
• Manage vendor scheduling, negotiation, and invoicing; maintain vendor relationships.
• Anticipate problems, make informed decisions, and implement process improvements.
• Lead by example in upholding company culture and safety standards. on budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction
