Job Description :

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business during their assigned shift. They will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The Shift Supervisor will also be responsible for handling any customer complaints or issues that arise during their shift.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise a team of employees
• Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Handle any customer complaints or issues that arise during their shift
• Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current employees
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Ensure that the business is clean and well-maintained
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
