JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an IAM Agile Project Manager to join our Enterprise Technology team to deliver technology solutions that enhance consumer experiences, promote business growth, and advance operational excellence. This role involves leading Agile events, translating customer needs into actionable user stories, and collaborating with architects and engineers to develop and manage product roadmaps. You will play a crucial role in our IAM transformation, facilitating the scope definition to execution of various initiatives, managing the product backlog, and driving the successful execution of overall programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Lead Agile events including Kanban planning, and backlog refinement.
• Translate customer needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Identify dependencies for user stories and manage backlog prioritizations.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to create and manage product roadmaps.
• Oversee requirements process and ensure traceability of high-level requirements throughout the program.

Must have Skills

• Expertise in Agile and Jira.
• Proven experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk.
• Strong program/project management skills.

Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in technology roles within large/enterprise software companies, specifically with a focus on Information & Access Management. A background in Active Directory, Entra ID, and LDAP services is preferred.
