Manage all on-site construction activities for data center projects, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain project schedules and quality. Oversee safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to OSHA and company standards. Monitor project budgets, report progress, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and submit daily reports, including progress updates and any necessary adjustments to timelines or budgets. Travel frequently to various project sites across the country.
