We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives across marketing, operations, and other departments.

Position Summary :

The Project Manager will oversee, coordinate, and execute projects that span multiple departments, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the firms strategic goals. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities across a dynamic professional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage projects across marketing, operations, and other departments from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure milestones are met.
• Collaborate with department heads and teams to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and mitigate potential conflicts.
• Monitor project progress, track performance, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify risks and issues and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support strategic initiatives, including firm-wide operational improvements and marketing campaigns.
