We are seeking a dynamic product manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and leadership, to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative products that delight our customers and drive business growth. As a product manager, you will manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and market trends. Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of medium-sized products or multiple smaller products, ensuring their ongoing success and alignment with company goals.
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Make informed trade-offs as necessary during the delivery process to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop clear and comprehensive requirements for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring all stakeholders have a shared understanding of objectives and deliverables.
• Design and implement A/B tests to measure the success of new features, utilizing data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
• Understand and apply various user research methodologies.
• Leverage research findings from specific projects to inform and enhance future product development efforts.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to accurately measure product success.
• Set up appropriate tracking mechanisms and regularly monitor the performance of all features.
• Collaborate with senior product team members to create and maintain product roadmaps.
• Gather and analyze information to inform strategic decisions and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's vision, mission, and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management or equivalent roles, demonstrating a track record of successful product development and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Experience in setting and monitoring KPIs for product performance.
• Familiarity with various user research methodologies and their applications.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Must meet company's requirements for employment.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship by the company.

Base salary: $112,000$149,500, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, in accordance with the company's applicable incentive plan.
