Proposal Coordinator
Full-service engineering firm withtradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Proposal Coordinator to their Indianapolis office!
Responsibilities :
- Leaddevelopment of compliant and high-quality client submittals in a fast-pacedenvironment
- Coordinate / executeall aspects of the proposal process
- Lead kickoffmeetings
- Responsiblefor all proposal deliveries (compliance matrix development, assigningresponsibilities, monitoring deadlines, proposal organization, layout,writing / editing content, and compliance)
- Support thedevelopment of technical narratives / illustrations
- Collaborate withteam members
Requirements :
- Bachelor’sdegree
- 3+ years of experiencedeveloping client submittals (preferably in the A / E / C industries)
- Experiencewith Design-build and / or P3 client submittals preferred
- Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)
- Experience withCRM or data management software (Deltek Vantagepoint and collaborationplatforms) preferred
- Experience inGraphic design, technical illustration, and Adobe illustrator and Photoshoppreferred
- Strong projectmanagement, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to handlemultiple client submittals simultaneously under tight deadlines
