Flash Fitness Beverly is currently looking to add 1–2 Personal Trainers to our team, with an immediate need for trainers available during the morning and evening hours.


We have an active membership base with new members joining every month and current opportunities for trainers who can take on morning and evening clients.

All client programming is managed through TrainerMetrics software, giving our trainers a professional platform to create individualized programs, track client progress, and manage their training plans.

JOB OVERVIEW


Flash Fitness Personal Trainers provide personalized attention, professional instruction, and customized exercise programming designed to help members maximize their health, fitness, and wellness goals.


Our trainers deliver an exceptional training experience while developing strong relationships with clients, keeping them motivated and accountable, and helping them achieve measurable results.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct professional 30-minute and 60-minute Personal Training sessions
• Develop and manage customized client programming through TrainerMetrics
• Create fitness programs based on each client's goals, abilities, and experience
• Demonstrate safe and proper exercise techniques
• Motivate and inspire clients through goal setting, accountability, and consistent follow-up
• Track client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to all Flash Fitness members
• Maintain a professional, positive, and energetic presence throughout the gym
• Help create the welcoming atmosphere and positive energy that defines Flash Fitness

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for helping people improve their health, fitness, and confidence
• Strong understanding of exercise principles and proper training techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, dependable, and professional
• Ability to motivate and connect with clients of different ages and fitness levels
• Comfortable using technology for client programming and progress tracking
• Ability to properly adjust and operate fitness equipment
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to the Flash Fitness culture

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

• Current Personal Training Certification from an approved organization
• Current CPR/AED Certification
