Job descriptionProduce specified product to required specifications using proper methods. Operate equipment safely and utilize methods to ensure safe operation. Inspect work to ensure that the machine is operating correctly, and that each product is made according to specifications. Adhere to company quality standards and procedures. Contact supervisor as needed. Strive for perfect attendance. Ensure attendance points do not exceed those allowed in the attendance policy. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with leaders and peers. Maintain a positive outlook and a high level of enthusiasm. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Necessary training will be provided on the job. Education & Certifications : High School Diploma or GED preferred. 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred. Initiative Achievement Orientation Analytical Thinking Self Confidence Teamwork Physical Requirements : Must be able to stand for duration of day and walk frequently. Temperature-regulated plant environment and consistent background machine noise.
