Electrophysiology Locums Job in Iowa Clinic Hours + Call Specific Dates in November, December, and January Assignment

Coverage Needed : 11 / 10 - 11 / 14

12 / 1 - 12 / 5

12 / 15 - 12 / 19

12 / 22 - 12 / 26

12 / 29 - 1 / 2

20 shifts per month and 2-3 OR days per week

Shift Description :

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

General call on weekends as needed either preceding or succeeding weekday coverage

Shared with 3 interventionalists

Requirements :

Board certified and fellowship

Must be licensed in Iowa or IMLC

Assignment Details :

Responsibilities : Clinic visits (new / established), electrophysiology procedures, device monitoring (loop, pacemakers, ICD), general call, in-clinic device transmissions and reprogramming

Outreach at other locations up to 2 days per month

Number of APPs : 5 (will need to supervise)

Supervision required from provider

Daily volume of clinic : 20-25

Average daily hospital practice census : 10-20 cardiology patients

EMR : Cerner Powerchart
