Site Account Manager

Job Description
Manage and grow client accounts within the Power Generation, Pulp & Paper, and Mining sectors.
Develop strong relationships by identifying key site contacts and aligning with their decision-making processes.
Lead and coordinate all customer-facing activities across internal functions to ensure seamless collaboration.
Drive profitable growth through strategic site-level planning and execution.
Understand customer operations and investment cycles to position solutions effectively.
Own business development at the site level, fostering long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate CRM data, including leads, opportunities, and performance insights.
Conduct regular business analysis, define budgets and forecasts, and lead reviews with customers and internal teams.
Champion customer satisfaction through surveys, feedback management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
