Our ideal candidate will be skilled at providing professional consultations, have knowledge of laser treatments and injectables, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent computer skills and ability to serve our clients with a pleasant, professional appearance and demeanor are essential.

Our clinic managers establish relationships with new clients and think long term with our existing clients. Our clinic managers are also team players, overseeing a staff of one to four technicians who perform laser and other procedures, performing treatments, and assisting with all clinic duties.

INTRODUCTION

We are a Med Spa specializing in Laser Hair Removal. We offer the following services :

  • Laser Hair Removal
  • Mesopen Microneedling
  • Ultrasonic Facials - High-end medical grade facial
  • CoolSculpting® - Non-surgical permanent fat removal (Select locations only)
  • Cosmetic Injections - Botox® and Dermal Fillers (Juvéderm)

COMPENSATION

The base salary is $18 per hr, $1,440 paid every other Friday.

BONUS

The bonus is based on sales volume generated by the clinic.

Example 1 : If Clinic Sales are >

30K / mo, CM will bonus $3,000 in 12 months

50K / mo, CM will bonus $12,000 in 12 months

After 90 days on the job your personal cosmetic procedures (eg. Laser Hair Removal, Ultrasonic Facials, etc.) are free so long as you are actively employed.

You can also purchase cosmetic products that we sell and injectables at 'employee price'. This perk is solely at the discretion of the company and may be terminated at any time with or without notice.

WORK HOURS

We are closed on Sundays and holidays. Our clinics are open 9 am to 6 pm. Clinic managers are off two Saturdays per month, including a three-day weekend each month.

Our clinic managers typically work an average of 50 hours per week.

JOB DUTIES

In addition to sales consultations, you will be trained to perform cosmetic laser procedures on clients and oversee a staff of 1-4 laser technicians.

Expect to spend approx. 10% of your time performing procedures.

SALES EXPECTATIONS

Your target is to generate $60k / mo. in sales (cash basis not accrual basis) for the clinic. The initial goal will be $40K / mo.

FREE TRAINING

You will receive FREE Medical training. It costs us $3K-$5K to train a new employee. If you are hired, you may be required to drive / fly to Amarillo for 2-3 days for training.

Your travel expenses will be covered by the company. You will be sharing a hotel room with another student. Should your spouse accompany you for the training, you will be responsible for the hotel room expenses.

Our company provides ongoing technical training and sales support. Our team is encouraged to develop together.

DRESS CODE

Our clinic staff members wear scrubs with our logo. Ordering information will be provided at orientation. The first pair are to be ordered within your first 30 days of employment, and the second pair are to be ordered within 60 days of employment.

Comfortable, closed toe shoes suitable for a medical environment are essential. As part of your compensation package, you will be reimbursed $200 at your one-year anniversary.

NON-COMPETE CLAUSE

We require new hires to sign a non-compete clause. If hired, you agree not to work directly for our competitors in a 50-mile radius for ONE YEAR after voluntarily leaving the job;

such as, another clinic performing laser hair removal. We invest heavily in you, and its only fair that should things not work out, you give our techniques to our direct competitors.
