The Director of Product Management AI, 0 to 1 will drive the strategic direction and execution of our 0 to 1 efforts in agentic AI for Epicor's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms. This role leads forward-deployed engineering teams with customers to solve customer 10x problems, the Agent Foundry, and updates to our core ERPs to support scaling AI. This role is critical in shaping our long-term product roadmap for LLMs, RAG, and AI UX. This individual ensures that our offerings not only delight our customers in hard-to-replicate, margin enhancing ways, but also anticipates future trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record in customer-centered product management, deep technical acumen in AI, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Prototyping Pro : Quickly generates prototypes to get early feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.
• Strategic Direction & Prioritization : Lead the orchestration of strategic direction and set priorities for our AI applications and functionalities. Define the vision and roadmap that drive innovation in AI-driven products.

Range : Minimum : $100,000 USD Maximum : $280,000 USD
