Job Summary

The Senior Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for clients, guests, and team members, ensuring an exceptional first impression and smooth daily operations at the reception desk. This role combines outstanding customer service, administrative expertise, and leadership skills to uphold Flik's hospitality standards and support the Front of House team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.

Supervise and support reception staff, providing guidance, scheduling, and training as needed.

Manage visitor registration systems, ID badges, and access control processes in compliance with company security protocols.

Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering requests, and facility-related needs through internal systems.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and deliveries efficiently, directing inquiries appropriately.

Maintain a polished and organized reception area that reflects Flik's brand standards.

Collaborate with facilities, catering, and security teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

Prepare and maintain reports on visitor activity, supplies, and reception performance metrics.

Assist with onboarding and orientation of new team members.

Support event coordination, client visits, and VIP hospitality as required.

Continuously identify opportunities for service improvement and implement best practices.
