In-Home Caregiver
$16$18/hr
SYNERGY HomeCare of the West Valley is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
We're looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We offer a variety of schedules based on caregiver availability and current client needs, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours.
What You'll Do
As an In-Home Caregiver, responsibilities may include:
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and supervision
- Transportation and errands when required by the care plan
- Assistance with other activities of daily living based on the client's needs
Pay & Scheduling
- $16.00$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Part-time and full-time opportunities
- Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available
- Flexible scheduling based on caregiver availability and client needs
- Overtime and qualifying holidays paid at time-and-a-half
This is a W-2 employee position.

Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to pass all required background screenings
- Have reliable transportation and regular access to a vehicle
- Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Be dependable and able to arrive to scheduled shifts on time
- Be comfortable providing care in clients' homes
- Complete all required onboarding documentation and training
Previous professional caregiving experience is preferred, but applicants with relevant personal caregiving experience are encouraged to apply.
