The Role
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals through ride alongs, training sessions and one-on-ones
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
