Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Strong experience building enterprise applications across the full technology stack.
- Hands-on expertise in combination of:
- React.js
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- Python
- Java / Spring Boot
- GraphQL
- REST APIs
- Microservices Architecture
- MongoDB
- SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar databases

What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Design and implement scalable microservices and API-first architecture using GraphQL and REST.
- Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Develop and optimize backend services leveraging Java/Spring Boot and cloud-native patterns.
- Design and manage data solutions utilizing MongoDB, SQL Server, or other relational databases. Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities into applications to improve productivity, automation, and business outcomes
