Pay range: $34,000$41,600 per year, as listed for this opening. Schedules: Full-time and part-time; 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts are advertised. Weekday and weekend options are available. Recruiting will confirm the current assignment and hours.

Support independence at home and in the community. Provide calm, dependable support to people recovering from brain injuries, strokes, and traumatic brain injuries. Respect each person's choices and dignity while helping them build daily routines and independence.

What you will do:

• Provide consistent assistance with daily tasks and home routines.
• Build respectful, supportive relationships with clear professional boundaries.
• Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and keeping the home organized as assigned.
• Help coordinate medical appointments and encourage physical activity and social participation.
• Support individual goals with patience and practical guidance.

Roles covered by this opening: Independent Living Skills Trainer (ILST), Recovery Assistant (RA), Companion, Direct Support Professional (DSP), and Personal Care Assistant (PCA). Recruiting will explain the responsibilities and qualifications for the assignment.

What you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent and age 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• A personal or professional reference.
• Two to three years of disability-care experience is preferred.
• A dependable, compassionate approach and the ability to adapt to individual needs.
