We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining product knowledge of current vehicle inventory., and ensuring the customer is satisfied with their purchases after the sale.

Your Role :

Lead Conversion Champion - Respond to and engage internet leads in a timely, professional manner to convert inquiries into appointments and sales.

Tailored Customer Experience - Use your expertise to guide each customer in choosing the right vehicle for their needs.

CRM Excellence - Keep track of every interaction with leads and customers, ensuring follow-up and conversion at every step.

Customer Relationships - Provide outstanding customer service to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
