A rapidly expanding, premier quick-service brand in the Nashville area is seeking an operational leader to take the helm at one of its flagship high-volume locations. Position Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and overall guest experience for a high-volume store. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, as well as leading recruitment efforts. Drive operational excellence across early morning schedules, inventory management, labor optimization, and product quality. Manage store-level P&L, budgeting, cost controls, and cash handling processes to maximize location profitability. Foster an engaging team culture aligned with company values, handling scheduling, conflict resolution, and staff development. Ensure strict compliance with food safety, facility maintenance, brand standards, and labor regulations. Position Requirements Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management or store leadership experience. Strong track record in employee development, recruiting, team building, and managing dynamic personnel. Hands-on, working manager leadership style with the ability to lead by example during peak operational hours. Availability to work early morning shifts starting between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM (typical shift length 8-10 hours, ~45 hours/week). Strong business acumen, including familiarity with labor schedules, inventory control, and budget management. Compensation $70,000 to $75,000 per year base salary (commensurate with experience) + performance bonus up to 25%, comprehensive health, dental, and vison, PTO and more!
