Job description

Vice President - Corporate Finance / Investment Banking Our client is an established investment banking advisory firm providing independent, solutions-based advice to shareholders, boards, and management teams across M&A, capital markets, and strategic alternatives. The firm has executed hundreds of transactions across a broad range of industry sectors, both domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities Lead due diligence efforts, client communication on active engagements, and represent the firm in client and advisor meetings Drive corporate marketing initiatives, including pitch and proposal development, prospect research, and sales presentations Own the full transaction execution lifecycle: Lead due diligence workstreams and oversee detailed financial analyses Direct company valuations and evaluate transaction structuring alternatives Oversee preparation of client-facing materials, including pitch decks and confidential information memoranda Partner directly with senior leadership across a range of industries and complex transactions Manage multiple concurrent engagements with high autonomy, with a clear path toward generating and independently executing transactions Mentor and develop junior team members, and contribute to broader firm-wide initiatives Qualifications Strong academic background in finance, economics, or accounting 6+ years of relevant investment banking experience with a well-regarded firm - M&A, leveraged finance, financial sponsors, restructuring, and/or debt capital markets Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of corporate finance theory Advanced financial/cash flow modeling expertise (LBO, accretion/dilution, pro forma synergy analysis) Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong grasp of valuation theory, methodologies, and practical application Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting directly to clients Highly detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality work product Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
