Join us in the journey of creating moments worth remembering and sharing.What You'll DoDeliver items to guest rooms and stock linen closets.Deliver messages and run errands as needed.Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, bathrooms, corridors, elevators, stairwells, and public areas.Dust and detail furniture, fixtures, walls, light fixtures, elevator landings, and other surfaces.Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, remove trash, and maintain clean, orderly spaces.Step in as needed to make beds and assist with guest room cleaning.Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and items requiring repair.Stock housekeeping carts and replenish linens, cleaning products, and other supplies.Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to guest requests.Follow all sanitation, safety, housekeeping, and hotel standards and procedures.Work closely with Housekeeping, Public Area, and Deep Cleaning teams to maintain consistent hotel standards.Assist with special cleaning projects, deep-cleaning assignments, and other duties as assigned.Daily Detail CleaningDetail assigned hotel floors, including hallways, edges, walls, furniture, light fixtures, elevator areas, and other commonly overlooked areas.Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of corridors and guest-facing areas.Coordinate with Housemen, who will maintain routine hallway vacuuming responsibilities.Rotate floors on a scheduled basis to ensure all areas receive detailed attention throughout the week.Complete other monthly projects identified by Housekeeping leadership based on hotel needs.Weekly Deep-Cleaning ProjectsGrout Cleaning: Deep clean approximately 2–4 guest rooms per week, focusing on grout and other detailed bathroom areas.Carpet Shampooing: Shampoo approximately 5–7 guest rooms per week, including spot treatment and extraction as needed.Suite Cleaning: Clean and extract sofas and upholstered furniture in suites as scheduled.Assist with other identified deep-cleaning needs throughout guest rooms and hotel areas.Properly operate and maintain carpet extraction and other cleaning equipment. (Carpet-cleaning equipment may be required for this role.)Complete other monthly projects identified by Housekeeping leadership based on hotel needs.Monthly Project DayLobby Furniture: Deep clean and detail lobby furniture, preferably during early hours.Public Restrooms: Assist the Public Area team with deep cleaning of public restrooms.Stairwells: Thoroughly clean the three main stairwells from the theater area to the basement, ensuring they remain free of trash, debris, dust, and buildup.Complete other monthly projects identified by Housekeeping leadership based on hotel needs.Who You ArePrevious housekeeping, hotel, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Responsible, dependable, and self-motivated.Comfortable working with guests, the public, and other hotel departments.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn and perform a variety of cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment.Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Public Area, and other hotel teams.The Global Ambassador is an Equal Opportunity & E-Verify Employer.
