Traveling Superintendent

Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial interior construction projects. Oversee project schedules, site logistics, safety, quality control, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and trade partners to ensure project success. Lead projects ranging from approximately $1M to $25M+ in value. Maintain project milestones while ensuring work is completed safely and to the highest standards. Travel full-time to project locations throughout the United States. Participate in regular travel-home rotations, typically every three weeks. Ensure all project documentation, inspections, and closeout activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

• 5-12+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong superintendent experience with a general contractor.
• Recent project experience must be heavily focused on large-scale, high-end Class A office interiors.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide on a full-time basis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain strict project schedules.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

What's on offer:

• Base salary: $120,000 - $145,000
