CNC GrinderRegal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, is seeking an experienced 2nd shift CNC Grinder (Machine Operator) to join our team. Pay Range of $20.25/hour to $21.50/hour based on experience with overtime opportunities. Additional $2.00/hour 2nd shift differential. Plus….enjoy benefits on day one, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and the opportunity to join a growing company with a great team.As a CNC Grinder (Machine Operator), our mission is to produce precision components by operating CNC centerless grinding equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation – Operate CNC centerless grinding equipment while adhering to production requirements, quality standards, ISO 9001 guidelines, and established work procedures.Blueprint & Process Interpretation – Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions to verify work requirements and support the production of quality components.Precision Inspection & Finishing – Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices.
