** Marketing and Referral Specialist - Home Health Care Agency**

We are currently looking for a Marketing and Referral Specialist who shares our mission and passion for helping others.
**Job Overview:**
As a Marketing and Referral Specialist, you will play a vital role in connecting our agency with potential clients and their families. You will be responsible for promoting our home health care services, explaining our offerings, and guiding clients through the admission process. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of home health care services, and the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Identify and reach out to potential clients and referral sources such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and community organizations.
· Effectively communicate the full range of our home health care services to clients and their families.
· Complete contracts and manage the documentation necessary for the admitting process.
· Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to promote our services.
· Conduct presentations and meetings to educate potential clients and partners about our offerings and the benefits of home health care.
· Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition for clients entering our services.
· Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs to promote our agency and its services.
**Qualifications:**
· Previous experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in health care or home health care.
· Strong knowledge of home health care services and the admission process.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, families, and referral sources.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
