Key Responsibilities
Submit MACD requests and vendor orders for equipment on behalf of customers
Update system assets and assist with mobile phone activation
Monitor vendor responses and oversee the ServiceNow ticketing system
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience working for a mobile carrier preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal management oversight
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
