Required Qualifications : Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position. :

• Ability to communicate, receive and assign instructions, direct work, recognize and change priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. and perform strenuous physical duties for an entire shift.
• Ability to monitor equipment, vehicles and report issues.
• Knowledge of operating compactors, using a forklift and prioritizing workloads utilizing safe and best practices.
• Skilled or knowledgeable in engaging, coordinating, and collaborating in Recycling efforts.

Job Description :

Responsible for taking a lead role in the recycling / waste management program by assigning and monitoring recycling crew duties as well as monitoring crew performance and productivity.
