Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand asset management needs and provide training and support

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Proven experience in designing and rolling out HAM use cases

Deep understanding of HAM architecture, including data models and lifecycle workflows

Experience with ITIL processes and asset lifecycle management

Experience in stakeholder management
