Job Title : Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

Location : Dallas, TX (On-site 3 days / week)

Salary : Up to $130,000 annually

Work Authorization : EAD, Green Card, or U.S. Citizen

Overview :

A large health system is seeking a highly technical and experienced BI Developer to join our Dallas-based team. This is a backfill for a full-time employee. The ideal candidate will be a Power BI and SQL expert who can immediately contribute to report development and migration efforts, working closely with a large on-site technical team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Convert legacy reports into Power BI, supporting the teams migration efforts.
• Work extensively with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and SQL to deliver scalable BI solutions.
• Manipulate and analyze data from BigQuery, DB2, and SQL Server environments.
• Collaborate with a technical team of 100+ to support ongoing BI initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and accessibility across reporting platforms.
• Participate in root cause analysis and optimization of existing BI systems.
• Stay current with BI trends and tools, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.
