Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hospitality operations, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage the restaurant staff, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain inventory and manage supply chain operations to ensure availability of necessary supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant's reputation.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure financial performance aligns with business goals.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
