Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will lead the design, execution, and administration of the organization’s global compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. This role ensures competitive, compliant, and strategically aligned rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven HR professional with strong business acumen and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation, incentive, and benefits programs , ensuring alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to evaluate roles, develop salary structures, and recommend compensation strategies that support organizational goals.
- Manage the administration of all compensation and benefits activities, including audits, reporting, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee retirement and health plans , vendor relationships, and annual benefits renewals to ensure cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis and forecasting to inform budgeting, pay equity, and incentive planning decisions.
- Lead and mentor a small team, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
- Provide expert guidance to leadership on pay decisions, job design, and policy interpretation.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure continued competitiveness and compliance.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.Strong understanding of compensation design, benefits strategy, compliance, and HR analytics.Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.Experience working in complex, multi-site, or global environments preferred.Proficiency with HR systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field required; Master’s degree and / or CCP or CBP certification strongly preferred.
