Senior Manager Deposit Lifecycle
This role will be an office centric role requiring to live and work out of one of the two locations listed on the requisition. The Senior Manager Deposit Lifecycle is responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end client lifecycle of consumer and small business deposits, from acquisition to retention. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and management of deposit-related initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of client lifecycle management.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the ideation, development, organization, planning, and execution of projects, programs, and initiatives of varying sizes with a focus on client-level programs.
- Design, create, and optimize critical performance and channel metrics for multiple high priority segments and leading priorities.
- Develop the critical performance indicators and partner with various groups to ensure clients have a seamless omnichannel experience interacting with their Deposit product.
- Accountable for overall performance of the consumer Deposits portfolio including client experience and long-term growth including market share, wallet share and incremental segment identification.
- Create strong cross-functional alignment towards the vision and strategy, build relationships with stakeholders and team to help influence and drive successful outcomes.
- Provides strategic leadership of the end-to-end client journey roadmap across multiple products, processes, segments and channels to enhance the client experience.
- Provides oversight and direction for broad, cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve consumer Deposits client acquisition and service model.
- Maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders throughout the company (marketing, legal, risk, compliance, channels, operations, technology, etc.) to drive effective outcomes in a heavily matrixed environment.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a business-related major with a strong academic record, or equivalent education and related training.15+ years of experience within Banking or Financial Services.7+ years of experience in a staff role such as product management, product strategy, analytics or marketing.Outstanding influencing, partnership-building and collaboration skills with proven ability to initiate and drive strategic change on major projects.Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills - ability to generate actionable insight and recommendations from complex analytics and large data sets.Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Demonstrated ability to organize and lead large cross-functional teams of senior leaders on major strategic initiatives.Outstanding, executive-level written and verbal communication skills.Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities within a fast paced, results-oriented environment and make decisions and give direction to others around where to focus efforts.Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and authority in ambiguous and changing situations to manage results and meet deadlines with superior quality.Ability to guide and manage third party vendors on matters including contract negotiations, continuous improvements, ongoing monitoring and partnership activities.Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree.10+ years combined experience in consumer banking, small business banking, debit, or payments.Broad and diverse experience in marketing, finance, acquisitions, product development and analytics.Broad experience across channels, including experience managing multiple branch leaders.Leadership experience in the Product Management lifecycle including idea generation, developing, implementing and managing products and services.Experience providing leadership and guidance to analytics efforts.Project Management experience.The annual base salary for this position is $165,000 - $180,000.
