Job descriptionStrong background in LAN / WAN setup, server configuration, and network troubleshooting is essential. Ability to resolve complex hardware / software issues and manage incidents using ITSM practices. Experience designing scalable and secure systems, integrating various IT components, and contributing to architecture decisions. Monitor infrastructure components and systems for performance issues and anomalies. Analyze data, establish performance baselines, and report trends. Collaborate with senior engineers on performance tuning and optimization. Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex hardware / software issues. Apply ITSM practices for system tuning and optimization. Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards for performance metrics. Design and configure hardware / software systems with scalability and security in mind. Build and deploy infrastructure components with proper integration. Participate in knowledge sharing and documentation improvement. Conduct root cause analysis and track / report issue patterns. Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks. Communicate with stakeholders to align requirements and solutions. Define and improve business processes in collaboration with development teams. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Communication & Collaboration : Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Incident Management : Ability to manage and mitigate technology service disruptions. Network Administration : Experience with LANs, WANs, intranets, and data communication systems. Network Installation & Configuration : Proficiency in configuring servers, network devices, and access management. Quality Assurance Management : Ensuring high standards in service delivery. Systems Design & Integration : Designing and linking IT systems for functional interoperability. Systems Performance Monitoring : Real-time performance tracking and issue identification. Technology Advising / Consulting : Translating business needs into IT solutions.
