• Strategic Leadership : Prioritize and manage complex projects with limited oversight, ensuring the flawless execution and sustained adoption of corporate improvement initiatives.
• Cost & Performance Optimization : Utilize a metrics-driven approach to objectively assess and reduce costs in existing operations.
• Team Development : Lead, mentor, and coach an Industrial Engineering team, conduct performance reviews, and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
• Technical Authority : Act as a technical liaison between your team, upper management, and field operations, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all solutions.
• Innovation & Collaboration : Work with internal departments to develop new technology opportunities and maintain vendor relationships to ensure low-cost, high-value solutions.
• Resource Management : Manage team resource allocation to effectively organize and schedule people and tasks across the national network.
